I just love being outside.
It’s good for me, too!
Being out in the sunshine and green spaces helps my stress response to drop, my inflammation to drop, and my fitness and happiness to improve.
I read an amazing book called Phosphorescence by Julia Baird which talks about how healthy it is to feel awe regularly.
Feelings of gratitude, amazement, hope, or a general sense of how beautiful the world around us is provide fuel to feed our hearts, minds, and souls.
I am grateful for my capacity to experience beauty.
Thank you to God and certain other dodads for this capacity to feel awe and be aware of grace, hope, and beauty.
