The number one thing I do each day that improves my quality of life is to ask in my heart for advice about what to ask for.
Their advice has to pass the “actually” test and be genuinely helpful for me to reach my goals.
It has to benefit me long term and be sustainable.
I specifically exclude people who are corrupt (like Aussie health workers) or criminal (like my previous family) from getting a benefit from my work and they are excluded from giving me advice, too.
Thank God for the help I receive every day to work hard, think well, listen, speak, be a good friend, connect deeply and appropriately, succeed, achieve my goals and love my life.
