With gratitude this morning I chose not to eat pancakes.
My weight-loss journey is a mess of contradictions right now.
I ate carbs for breakfast (duh-dong) but then I ate a banana grown from the community garden and for my mid-morning snack I’ve had pickled onions and mandarins.
So, does it balance out? Only the scale can tell!
I am incredibly grateful for the help I’ve had in losing weight, and one thing I’m asking God for is an aversion to white carbs, and sugary foods.
