Someone I was coaching the other day had a moment where she was overwhelmed with emotion about the beauty and potential of life.
We were talking about exquisite moments and what we wanted to come from her friends suicide.
One thing I ask for is moments where I am enveloped in awe about the beauty of life and the kindness of humanity. One way I pay for those is by trying to give them to other people–sharing is caring after all.
At the end of our session, she looked up my book on kindle with the words “I would love to hear what you have to say”. I was overwhelmed with gratitude all over again.
So I am grateful to God for these tiny moments of bliss, joy, awe, kindness, and beauty.
I am grateful for the exquisite.
