One thing to ask God for today:
I ask to be given advice about good things I can ask for that will actually help my life situation and help me to reach my goals. I specifically exclude advice that will probably do me harm.
I ask for that advice to be ongoing and regular.
One thing I’m grateful to God for today:
I’m grateful for the help I get to exercise, the help I get to recover from injury after I exercise, and the help I get to be motivated to complete more exercise over time and get fitter and fitter.
